Breathe In offers air purifiers, replacement filters, accessories, maintenance/service plans and related indoor air-quality products and services.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate. Product appearance, packaging and minor specifications may vary due to product improvements or manufacturing updates, provided such changes do not materially alter the product sold.

Coverage area, CADR, filtration efficiency, filter life, noise level and other performance information may vary depending on room size, ventilation, outdoor pollution, usage conditions, fan speed, filter condition and other environmental factors.

Information on this website is intended to describe our products and should not be interpreted as medical advice or as a guarantee to prevent, treat or cure any disease or medical condition.

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other charges, where applicable, will be disclosed to the customer before completion of the purchase.

Breathe In reserves the right to revise product prices and promotional offers prospectively. Changes will not affect an order already accepted except where required to correct an obvious pricing or technical error, subject to applicable law.

An order placed through the website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product.

Breathe In reserves the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of product unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment failure, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect customer information or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.

Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment gateways.

Breathe In does not directly store complete debit-card, credit-card, UPI PIN or banking authentication credentials provided to payment processors.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is accurate and that they are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Estimated delivery timelines displayed or communicated are estimates and may vary due to location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, force majeure or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Specific shipping, cancellation, return and refund conditions may additionally be governed by our Shipping, Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation, replacement, return and refund requests will be handled according to the applicable policy displayed on our website and applicable Indian consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any statutory rights available to a consumer for products that are defective, damaged, deficient, incorrectly supplied, materially different from their advertised characteristics, or otherwise covered by applicable law.

Eligible Breathe In air purifiers are covered by the warranty period stated on the applicable product page, invoice or warranty documentation.

Warranty coverage is subject to the applicable Warranty Policy and may exclude consumable components such as filters, normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorised modification or repair, accidental/physical damage, improper electrical supply and damage resulting from failure to follow operating instructions.

Where there is any inconsistency, the warranty terms supplied with the purchased product/invoice and applicable law will prevail.

Replacement filters and other consumables have a useful life dependent on operating hours, pollution levels, environmental conditions and usage.

Any estimated filter-life figure displayed on the website is therefore indicative rather than a guaranteed lifespan unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Breathe In name, logo, product names, photographs, graphics, videos, website design, written material and other brand assets are owned by or licensed to KSA Enterprises unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, commercially exploited, distributed or modified without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, interfere with website operation, conduct fraudulent transactions, impersonate another person or use website content unlawfully.

The website may use or link to third-party services such as payment gateways, logistics providers, analytics services, social-media platforms and communication services.

Their services may be governed by their respective terms and privacy practices.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Breathe In/KSA Enterprises will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting solely from misuse of the products, failure to follow operating instructions, unauthorised modification, or events outside our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection and other applicable jurisdictional provisions, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
