Refund & Replacement Policy

Our Commitment

At Breathe In, every product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. If your product arrives damaged or with missing parts, we will make it right.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:

  • The product arrives damaged, or
  • The product has missing parts or accessories

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for any other reasons.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To report a damaged or incomplete order, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

Return Process

If a return is required, our team will arrange the pickup. Please do not ship the product back without confirmation from our support team.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Replacement

Where possible, we will prioritise sending a replacement product instead of issuing a refund.
